Razer Raiju Mobile controller does not work

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I am trying to use my Razer Raiju Mobile controller on my Steam Deck.

I have done some tests:

• When the controller is connected to the Steam Deck with USB: everything works correctly.
• When the controller is connected to the Steam Deck with Bluetooth: pairing the controller works but then nothing happens when pressing the controller buttons.
• When the controller is connected to my Ubuntu (23.04) computer with Bluetooth: everything works correctly.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Turn on the Raiju Mobile controller and put it in pairing mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth on the Steam Deck and pair it with the controller.
3. Press every button on the controller: nothing happens.

Just adding a note that OpenRazer doesn't support the Raiju mobile. Reporting a similar Bluetooth issue here. https://github.com/openrazer/openrazer/issues/2013

I suspect there's something unique about the Raiju's mobile that will need to be tweaked.
