[TF2] Launching game with `SDL_VIDEODRIVER=wayland` launches on the wrong monitor

When I'm trying to launch TF2 using SDL_VIDEODRIVER=wayland, it launches on the wrong monitor, changing fullscreen options in the game settings does not fix the problem.

The only way to make the game to launch on the correct monitor with SDL_VIDEODRIVER=wayland is to completely turn off the monitor that game launches on and then enable it back after the game is started.
