[TF2] Glitch into spawn barriers / any gamemode, any map, any class, no carts necessary

basically, glitch / merge into someone then glitch into spawn barrier, can be done anywhere, but haven't been able to do it with high ping, tried it on US servers, im from the eu, couldn't do it in US servers, (110+ ping), people with 80 ish ping could still do it on eu servers.
