[TF2] Texas Half-Pants doesn't fully uses rimlight because of the typo.

Description

In the .VMT files of Texas Half-Pants $rimlightboost parameter was wrote without $ before the rimlightboost, which results to 2 things:

1. The parameter doesn't work at all.
2. The item doesn't have the right amount of rimlight it was supposed to have.

How to fix:

1. Go to materials/models/player/items/engineer
2. Open engineer_chaps.vmt and engineer_chaps_style.vmt
3. Rewrite rimlightboost to $rimlightboost in both .VMT files.
