[TF2] Frontline Field Recorder doesn't render it's normal map.

Description

The same issue as #7288.

.VMT file of the hat contains $bumpmap parameter, but $basemapalphaphongmask overrides it.

How to fix:

  1. Go to materials/models/player/items/all_class
  2. Open replay_hat.vmt
  3. Delete $basemapalphaphongmask parameter
