Source-1-Games [HL2 EP1][Linux] Alyx dissapers between Intervention and lowlife.

After the train crashed in ep1 and alyx is trapped under a stalker, I pulled the stalker off of her then jumped out of the train and ran to the next section when lowlife loaded she was not there. here is my save in lowlife, don't know if its reproducible.

This has happened to me. But never under Windows. I had to go back one save and let Alyx catch up.

This has happened to me as well. I have tried using the autosave generated at the start of Lowlife, and then the tried starting with the autosave from just before boarding the train.

I just played through that part, and indeed Alyx disappeared for me as well. Quicksave/quickload, which has worked for broken scripted scenes previously, doesn't help.

Happened to me today. I was doing a single bullet speed run and once the stalker was off of Alyx the door drops I tucked and tolled to the loading area faster than she could switch to an active state.

Problem still exists. At least in one situation I encountered, If a player climbs through the hole in the wall before Alyx jumps out of the train, she won't be in the next map.

Workaround: Esc > New Game > Chapter 3: Lowlife

Just experienced the bug with the windows version.

I just recreated it after revisiting the game for the first time in 7 years. I pulled the stalker off Alyx and immediately ran outside past the transition point into the next chapter and she disappeared. If you do not wait for her, that's what breaks it.
