[TF2] Misplaced physics model on the Brimmed Bootlegger

Copied from the Wiki: If a player dies with the Brimmed Bootlegger equipped, the hat will rotate on the ground in a weird manner. This is due to the physics model being placed far away from the actual model.

A fix for this was contributed to the Workshop by Cheddar.
