[TF2] The Jag Textures have the wrong Alpha Channels

The c_jag.vtf and c_jag_albedo.vtf, seem to each have the other's texture Alpha channel in certain parts of the texture.

Furthermore the c_jag.vtf is extremely blurry/possibly compressed?, in comparison to the c_jag_albedo texture.

The jag has an an unused higher quality texture that was leaked and so does the degreaser, they where meant to replace theirs currently low quality ones like Valve has sone with every other weapon. Seems they forgot.
