[TF2] (Feature request) Rebalance the Red tape recorder to be trowable.
Recently the youtuber and well know active tf2 player shounic has released a video where he demonstrates some community proposed ideas for newer weapon concepts, one of wich was of a trowable sapper inspired by the likes of the Meet the Spy sfm short.

To everyone's surprise this concept actually works quite fine! With a cooldown between trows and the ability for pyros to airblast it, the trowable sapper is rather solid and gives Spy a much needed help against sentry nests that are heavily guarded by theirs Engies and Pybros to the point it has become nearly impossible for any Spy player to try an attempt.
Since new weapons require a whole lot of work, especially due to modeling, I would propose if this concept where to be ever considered worth implementing to simply give theses stats to the red tape recorder. As it currently stands this weapon is entirely useless due to how better the stock sapper currently works.
Keeping the current stats of the Red tape recorder and adding a trowable mechanic on top of it could really give this weapon a chance. Another benefit from it is sentrys being located on parts of the map a spy cannot gain acces to. (Engie can sentry jump with the wrangler)
Shounic doesn't really have the resources to properly test how viable a weapon concept is.
Keeping the current Red-Tape stats means it's still as useless, it can just be useless at a range now.
All sappers should be throwable with right-click it would make spy a little more strong against engie. Just give it a fair cooldown.
I like the sound of the troll potential, but I'm afraid too many Engi mains will lose hope to live if it makes it in the game.
