[TF2] Strange Invis Watches weird restore screen

When trying to restore an invis watch (by removing the name/description/reset the strange counter) Spy's entire arm is shown.

This is because the game loads the v_model (the animation) by default (and is the one mod creators have to edit as that model is what the player will see.) rather than the standalone c_model. This applies to all of Spy's watches.
