[TF2] Long load times loading into European Mann Up servers

NA Mann Up Player here,

Ever since the x64 update, loading into european server gives me long load times, often leading to a disconnect or connection to the server but a auto-disconnect in x seconds appears.

The game console becomes flooded with with this message: (The numbers have been modified for privacy [SteamNetworkingSockets] [#1111111111 P2P ?@IP] Relay candidates enabled by P2P_Transport_ICE_Enable, but P2P_TURN_ServerList is empty

Sometimes the connection to a Frankfurt MvM server is successful, sometimes it doesn't.

Edit: I have had no problems with Stockholm. Frankfurt is the only server operating with long load times (>3 mins)

Same error occurs for myself with any frankfurt server, either immediately resulting in incredibly long join time, no join at all, or randomly disconnecting after a handful of minutes if successfully joining either casual or mvm. Seems to happen to another friend in Stockholm servers as well.

Same error occurred to me on Frankfurt server. Long load time and sudden timeout that lasts up to 2 min.
