Custom sounds do loud noises after 64 bit update

Basiaclly my domination revenge and killstreak custom sounds do a very loud glitching noise while they play you can still hear the normal custom sound its just the glitchy sound added to it which is very loud.

Could anyone help me fix it? do i need to reinstall the files or something? thanks.

Try clearing any .sound.cache files that are in your custom folder.
