Sometimes all the items will go black (including pyro vision and i have it equipped

Seems like the same root cause as #5842, since the author is running a Steam Deck (which runs Linux.)

This issue also happens on Windows. It's related to texture LOD and/or mip-maps as far as I can tell.

@kisak-valve I think it would be good to change the title of this issue to a more nicer one, such as: "[TF2] Weapons and cosmetics render as black textures". Also makes it easier to find the issue when searching for existing ones (to avoid duplicates).
