[TF2] "sixense.dll" Fails to Load while using Razer Hydra

When attempting to enable Sixense (Razer Hydra) support in either the Windows or Linux 64 bit beta of TF2 using the command, "sixense_enabled 1", the game reports, "Failed to load sixense.dll." Sixense support works as expected in the current public Windows release.

Sixense support was never present in the 64 bit versions as the Sixense library used in TF2 only supports 32 bit Windows. Sixense support broke for an unrelated reason in the 32 bit Windows version on February 18th, 2025 with the release of the TF2 SDK.
