[TF2] Sticker inconsistency on Battle-Scarred Blue Mew Pistols

The Blue Mew pistol has four possible stickers, three being common (cat, dog, hamster), and the rare being a Balloonicorn.

When previewing wears, the sticker should remain the same on all five wears by default; however, for some reason, it doesn't. From what I've seen, it's virtually impossible to get a Balloonicorn sticker from a Battle-Scarred, as it will ALWAYS default to the Cat sticker. I can't seem to find any consistency in what stickers change to what, all except that the Balloonicorn won't be one of them.
