[TF2][x64_test] Trying to play 'vo/null.mp3' will result in error
In 32-bit TF2 client this sound can be played normally and it doesn't result in error. In 64-bit however, it does print error in console.

Some SM plugins rely on this sound existing which they use as placeholder when no sound should be played...
I guess code that uses this sound must switch to misc/null.wav, which seems to work fine.
