On Windows 11, spamming saves will create large stutters, dropping to the FPS to 4/5 sometimes, and printing this error: Unable to rename c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\half-life 2\hl2\save\quick.tga to c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\half-life 2\hl2\save\quick01.tga!

No, it is not core isolation, already tested that.

To reproduce easily:

cl_showfps 1;map d1_canals_01a

And then spam the quicksave key.
