Description Demos and Soldiers using the base jumper can go under the mesh/map in the 3 vs 3 area
Reproduction steps Equip the base jumper, get to the 3 vs 3 area, head to any of the corners of the map, boost yourself as far into the corner as possible, walk/fly under/into the ground

Updated koth_undergrove_event Fixed several out-of-bounds exploits in the Underworld (thanks MN!)
