[TF2] Player Destruction: Scout refers to PD Pickup Props as Intelligence
When playing on Player Destruction maps as the Scout, picking up a "pickup prop" (main objective) mimics the behavior of the intelligence briefcase on Capture the Flag maps. Occasionally, Scout will play the voice line for "Scout.SpecialCompleted05" ("Wave goodbye to your secret crap, dumbass!")

One workaround is for each map author to add the following to the soundscript of their map:

I've tested this and it does work. It'd likely be more ideal to do a game-wide fix though.
I believe this also applies to MvM Scout Robots when they pick up the bomb.
Imo all voice lines in PD (and MvM for robots as mercenaries have their own voice lines if a robot picked up the bomb) referring to the Intelligence should be disabled. Pickups are being constantly picked up in this gamemode by many players at once at don't need a special response for it everytime they do it like in CTF.
Not related to this issue, by every Halloween map with a death pit that uses a trigger that forces mercenaries to scream while they fall down also should have this fix implemented for one of Soldier's voicelines, where he mentions Merasmus, as this mechanic was originaly intendend for Ghost Fort only from 2012, where we actually fight Merasmus. This file is called Soldier_sf12_falling02.wav.
