Fixed the Engineer not being able to move for a short period of time after doing The High Five taunt

this bug has not been fixed

This issue is caused by the Engineer's high five VCDs sequence track being longer than the animation. It's 5.75 seconds long when it should be 3.97 seconds (same length as the animation).
