[TF2] Hot Hand Bug in 3rd person mode

Changing from the Hot Hand to a One-Handed Melee Weapon makes the Melee weapon appear on the ground when you go to thirdperson. The video pretty much visualize the issue.

This bug also appears on game modes that allow 3rd person mode.

Another thing about the hot hand is that the team color broke shortly after Jungle Inferno's Launch for some reason.

Well, just equipt it and you'll see it's only the BLU (White version) on either red or blu, while the RED( redish orange) dosn't show anymore.
