[TF2] Scream Fortress and Smissmas should use the correct Match Group of the Rich Presence.

The Rich Presence of TF2 has multiple match groups, one of them is the Special Event, which is not currently used, although Scream Fortress and Smissmas fall into the category of Special Events, unfortunately the Match Group display as Casual.

I wonder if it was intentionally scrapped as Campaigns (which last for a few months) would also theoretically use the Special Events category?

I mean given the context of the past 5 years that doesn't really affect this ticket at all, though. It would be a welcome change.
