[TF2] Players under the effect of an stock medigun Ubercharge or Bonk Atomic punch can survive the skull island explosion on koth_viaduct_event and koth_lakeside_event

Players under the effect of a stock Medigun Ubercharge or a Scout using bonk atomic punch can survive the anti camping explosions on koth_viaduct_event (Eyeaduct) and koth_lakeside_event (also known as ghost fort) taking no damage and only being knocked into the air, this allows players to remain on the skull island to set up an ambush for the next time Monoculus/Merasmus dies (Example: a Medic with a Demoman places stickies where the other team will teleport to). Footage of the issue has been provided (warning the explosion sound is quite loud!)
