[TF2] Teleport/Shadow Leap spell should have a collision box of 32x32x32 HU

24.5x24.5x32 width/depth/height HU is the size of the collision box of a player when crouching and using the Minify/Tiny Spell, which is the minimum in the game. image

The Teleport Spell projectile is unique because it collides with clip/playerclip brushes. However, it has a collision box of... i don't really know, but it is lower than 24.5 for sure. For example, in this video, these 2 playerclip brushes have a 8 HU gap. That's why i suggest to change the collision box of the Teleport spell to 32x32x32 at least. If a Halloween map with spells is poorly clipped, players would be able to get out of bounds with the Tiny spell anyways.

Edit: Note: This should help in preventing "get out of bounds" exploits. Edit 2: A tiny player's height is 32, so 25 wouldn't be enough.

Also, the teleport spell should be disabled if the map disables the Tiny spell. If a map has a 62 HU gap, it won't let normal crouching players pass through, but it will let pass a 32x HU Teleport projectile. So, either disable the spell or make the projectile change its collision box to 63x HU, which would be weird.
