[TF2] [Feature Request] Autobalance priority should go to the player(s) who last connected to the server

It is extremely frustrating to get suddenly autobalanced while playing engineer, medic, or just in general.

I propose that the autobalancing system prioritizes switching players who have been connected to the server for the least amount of time. In other words, the player(s) who have connected most recently.

This would spare the frustration of getting autobalanced while all your buildings are set up, while you have ubercharge, etc.

Should probably sort players into 'time-brackets' of sorts so people don't get arbitrarily autobalanced for having a worse connection, but could go a long way to improving the experience for people less prone to frequent server-hopping.

Why can't we just swich teams on casual like we used to? It's not like it affects the game in any significant ways.

Completely agree. To work so hard for 20 min pushing the cart just to be auto balanced as its teetering on the edge is just stupid. Also you should not be AB'd if you are in a party. I think the least play time is the best solution.
