[TF2] Make the Blutsauger use its custom Dart projectile model

The Blutsauger has a custom Dart projectile in the game files, in the models/weapons/c_models/c_leechgun folder. It's been there ever since the weapon was added to the game.

Time to make the Blutsauger use it maybe?

There were also killicons for the Blutsauger that featured the Dart. These were present in the d_images.vtf & dneg_images.vtf sheets up until the Pyro Update when they were fully overwritten by the Axtinguisher's killicon. These could be slapped back into those killicon sheets and hooked up again so the Blutsauger doesn't have to share killicons with the syringe gun.

Good idea, it makes the gun more unique and will give us more info during gameplay, I like it:)

If needed, I can also provide the old d_images and dneg_images VTFs from before the Pyro Update, that have the Dart killicon in them, if those PNGs of the icons I attached aren't good enough @kisak-valve
