[TF2] Significant Performance drop in POV demo files

It seems as though POV demos recorded by the in-game options or commands through the recent summer updates have started to lose a lot of performance.

Moving to a specific tick takes MUCH longer and jitters / pauses a lot, it's overall slower and crashes are more frequent. It seems as though POV demos recorded by P-REC custom mod don't have this issue nearly as much. I've asked a lot of other video editors and TF2 Coaches who review POV demos from players and I've been given the same exact experience.

This is probably related to the freezecam bug where your game freezes up each time you die (and get a freezecam). I've noticed this when playing back demos, each time I get a freezecam (die), the demo performance gets worse and worse till the game crashes after enough freezecams. If this is the cause (most likely), this will be fixed in the next TF2 update, as the freezecam bug is known by the developer and is (supposedly) going to be fixed.
