[TF2] Re-add the removed Building Slot Token (for Spy's sappers), and a crafting recipe to craft a random Sapper?

This is a feature suggestion, albeit one that I'm not entirely sure is necessary, depending on if the Spy's newer sappers are craftable or not. And it's not an urgent feature suggestion or anything either.

A brief bit of TF2 development history before we get into the suggestion; Slot tokens were first added to TF2 in the December 17th, 2009 patch. When they were first added, there were four slot tokens that went entirely unused;

  1. Slot Token - Grenade (item ID 5015)
  2. Slot Token - Head (item ID 5016)
  3. Slot Token - PDA (item ID 5017)
  4. Slot Token - Building (item ID 5019)

Those 4 tokens and their item ID's were later stripped from the item schema entirely in the September 10th, 2010 patch. And it's understandable why:

  • The Grenade slot obviously didn't make it past development stages.
  • The head slot token wasn't needed due to...reasons? This is from back when there was only one cosmetic item slot and one cosmetic per class. Maybe it was seen as unnecessary?
  • The PDA1 slot token wasn't needed since the Engineer doesn't have alternate Build/Destroy PDAs and the Spy only has one PDA1 slot item; his Disguise Kit.
  • The Building slot, which is for the Spy's Sappers, only had the stock Sapper when the tokens were added so it wasn't useful.

Fast forward to today. The Spy now has the Ap-Sap, the Red-Tape Recorder and the Snack Attack. I know some of those are promotional items and promotional items are in most cases uncraftable but the Spy's Quackenbirdt watch is promotional and craftable.

Perhaps it's time to re-add the cut Building slot token to the game and add a crafting recipe to craft a random sapper out of the 3? And maybe also rename the Building slot to the Sapper slot as well?

I think this is a good idea, as I almost never see the Snack-Attack in-game. Although, if the Snack-Attack is made craftable, I think the already existing ones should be given a Vintage or Genuine quality, because currently they're just Unique/Strange quality.
