[L4D] Spam in the console, and voting bug
There are players who stay in the shelter while you follow the path, and they release a spam in the console, in addition to a bug in the votes, you cannot expel them, they leave and enter the game, then with a single vote they can kick you of the game.

This works in left 4 dead 2 too. To be honest Its quite nice to have a teammate who does this in left 4 dead 2 versus lobby, cuz he probably kicks noob before another steam sale player joins to F2. So its slippery slope. I would say it is useful for experienced players because there is no ranking system and mostly only top tear players know how to do it.
Talking about lagging lobbies fine fix it, but don't fix kick votes. Tho I don't know if this lagging thing even works in left 4 dead 2.

Para ser honesto Es bastante agradable tener un compañero de equipo que hace esto en la izquierda 4 muerto 2 contra lobby, porque probablemente patea noob antes de que otro jugador de venta de vapor se une a F2. Así que su pendiente resbaladiza. Yo diría que es útil para los jugadores experimentados porque no hay un sistema de clasificación y en su mayoría sólo los jugadores de la lágrima superior saben cómo hacerlo.
Hablando de la presionan los vestíbulos rezagados bien arreglarlo, pero no fijes votos de patada. Tho no sé si esta cosa rezagada incluso funciona en la izquierda 4 muerto 2.

Not sure if this helps but I've noticed this too, it's a common occurrence from people looking to join and ruin the game.

And the error exists almost a lifetime, but VALVE never does anything, it is incredible, the truth is that we no longer know what to expect from the company.
The vote-kick exploit seems to now be fixed. I'm not sure if other exploits reported on here have been fixed yet or not.
