[TF2] Inspecting Spy-Cicle makes a third arm appear on the left side of the screen.

@matty4kek The Spy was cough ... enhanced, by the Medic. He has some unusual arms, they can stretch quite far (he can stab your back while you're looking at his face) and he has around 3 or 4 of them, maybe 5.

Which viewmodel fov do you use @matty4kek? If it is higher than 70, i doubt Valve will fix it.
