[meta] There must be a better way to report issues that affect launchers/third party apps that are shared between game titles

I've been trying to report issues about the EA app either not working, not being installable, or general broken behavior several times. These issues are not about the games themselves but about something meta. Every time without fail, because I mention a appid as an example of game that has this issue (so that triage doesn't have to hunt down to see which game uses the app), it's closed and my feedback redirected towards a specific game bug report. The specific comment even implies that it shouldn't be:

Considering that these apps are their own and that fixes about them need to be shared between different proton prefixes, doesn't make sense to not have a single issue about each one of these, or at least resolve them as they appear.
