Start game with internet connection, for comparison sake a proton log of running the game without internet connection steam-208520.log

Tried again with some of the recent WPF work. I didn't get the NotImplementedException. It failed on my first try with an ArgumentException, but I couldn't get a stack trace because it started after that.
