Lobby Not Found for Games that have ended within the Broadcast delay

Description

If a Game has ended, in the Watch Tab it is still visible for upto the Broadcast delay (default is 5 min??). But for such games if someone tries to view them a error message is thrown "Lobby Not Found".

Either these games shouldn't show up in the Watch Tab, or should be viewable.

If you are still in the game you can continue watching. Not a fix though.

There also isn't consistency with the game time being broadcast in dota TV and the game time listed in the DOC watch tab. It's confusing. Would also be nice if it could display "drafting stage" instead of "0:00" as the game time.
