Spell amp not showing in tooltip when pressing 'alt'

Description
I've ticked off some spells that has gotten fixed from other threads
I got inspired to check on the spell amp interaction in the tooltip of heroes after reading #6 (I originally posted my findings in the comments there, but got suggested to make a new thread). So I went trough all the heroes and found a lot of missing ones + some other incorrect behavior. I think i caught them all, please share in comments if you find something I missed.

#977 while we're at it
I have done a final(hopefully) touch up on all the spells. I found some new things and edited some old stuff. I added a new issue([16]), where spells that share heal/damage should get separated from each other in the tooltip(like Necrophos' Death Pulse does). This will fix confusion of spells when spell amp is involved.
I also noticed these three spells being ticked off as fixed(or if it's intended behavior). These spells has not been fixed yet. I've unchecked these encase something was overlooked.

The multiplier part is still not showing that is being affected by spell amp(im not sure if it's intended to be or not)
