Turbo MMR or half MMR

Description

The problem is i dont have time, but i'm still want to play MMR games. So I'm asking to make a Turbo MMR or half MMR game. This way anyonce can spend 30 minutos, and still playing for MMR.

would be interesting to have MMR for turbo, but should be separate from normal rank mmr. turbo players just wont play well if they're too used to 2x gold n xp

My understanding that all unranked game modes have the same MMR. I wouldn't be surprised if they tolerate larger variances depending on the game mode tho. Not sure that Valve has officially given us info regarding this MonkeyCool
