2021 AMS Voiceline disappeared from account

Greetings about a week ago there was some bug with the AMS voiceline that just disappeared from the selection.

Now, when VS is back in the selection menu, but I have it locked for selection. I do not have an AMS commentator card, but there is confirmation that I bought it in October 2021. Steam support ignores me, referring to the fact that the items that you lost or bought are non-refundable (???). What should I do?

аа я понял эти идиоты привязали войслайн к карточкам талантов и нигде об этом не написали спасибо

переместил карточку от Avo+ на второй акк и вуаля, у меня есть войслайн на втором аккаунте спасибо, что еще тут сказать? очень информативно вышло
