Server issue . ping reach 1500 and disconnect
Description
For the 5 th game I cant play because of disconnect and ping reach to 1500 . my behavior score dropped to below 4500. and I am afraid I cant play dota 2 any more

My friends have the same issue. They don't have a github account so posting on their behalf. I have seen this happen with 2 of my friends while I was playing with them. They connect, game gets stuck, they disconnect, try to connect and it's a loop. They have no problems with internet outside of dota. I hope nothing is wrong with the server node systems Valve introduced last year or so.
But this is a critical bug that ruins the experience for anyone afflicted with it. Please fix this. Friends are stuck in low pool/have high ban time from matchmaking.
