I cant enter the match
Description
Every time I open the game and search for a match, the first match I enter does not load the hero selection and the screen remains gray until the game kicks me from the match. Sometimes it is only the first match, but other times there are more than one in which this occurs. This problem occurs every time I enter the game, that is, if the matches stop kicking me, and I close the game, the problem returns when I reopen it. Due to the repeated expulsions caused by the error, I constantly encounter penalties, I would like to know what causes this error and if there is a way to fix it.
