game error
Description
so i was playing the game and literally right now just got finished with it 6/17/2025 12:10am ET. for one it keep disconnecting on me TWICE so it keep kicking me out of the game and when i come back in the game the whole graphics are messed up so i had to disconnect again come in and out of the game basically had to do that a few times and after when the game finally ends i see the "Play dota" button it says "matchmaking disabled due to excessive reports, failing to ready-up, abandoning or other negative behavior and now started counting down from 4 hours and probably is gonna add more to my penalty games. like what the hell is going on? why am i being punished for the games self error. i need yall to fix this because i did not do anything to deserve it when the whole time i was just playing the game. and the game itselfs keeps messing up and im the one that has to suffer the consequences its not right.
