Scroll of Town portal is locked to my character. It cannot be moved to the bear on lone druid or removed. The timestamp is not relevant. This is a persistent interface problem that happens even in hero demo mode.

I think this is by design since the update that provide the separate inventory slot for TP Scrolls, also it is not limited to Lone Druid, it is applied to all hero, and whether or not this "mechanic" should stay or changed is up to Valve, but at least for now, it is intended and by design (yes, I know it is infuriating, you can't even sell it IIRC)
