Whenever timmate disconnected from game others can lvlup his skills. It usually ends up as "+2 to all atributes" at lvl1
Description
For what reason this bug is in dota for so long? It's not so hard to fix. You can't change disconnected players: order of items, can't drop his items and sell them but you are able to ruin his skill build?
Also you are able to lvlup talents when game is paused. But you can't lvl your skills during pause.

You don't make any sense. Better thing before speaking. And don't spam offtops if it's not related with bug issue. If your not able to change others items then lvling others skill is a bug.
look, we're at the mercy of developers here. don't you think it's annoying to comment it's not hard to fix, why take so long like it's your privilege? why worry about others being able to ruin your skill build and not worried that you're ruining other players experience by disconnecting?
think what could happen if team cannot level up any skills or talents. it's bad enough that players disconnects during ranked games and don't get abandon when they reconnect. you might think you're not ruining anyone's experience for few minutes of dc, but it can affect the whole game.
It's fair to be able to level up dc teammates skills or talents. imagine laning phase dc 4 min then you reconnect at the last minute. you asked for this fix so that no one can level up your skills, your character is now level 4 or 6 without any skills. lane is lost, 25 min later game ended and your team raged at you for disconnecting, but you dont get any penalties. at the same time you blamed the team for +2 talents ruining your skill build, but thats all they can do, putting you to auto attack in jungles. team paused but enemy unpaused every 30 sec. understandable, some ppl don't want to wait 5 min. 1-2 min pause for doorbell / toilet is fine, but 4-5 min too long. Yet some ppl poop 4 min after they found a ranked match instead of before / stop search. that might be me :)
what if pauses are longer than 30 sec? pause abuse by dc and pausing just before destroying throne. Can't please everyone. and for what reason do you stay in a losing game other than avoiding punishment? leveling +2 talent is a bait so you grief further and they can report you.
if you can level up skills during pause, what if you're in the middle of teamfight, had 2-3 level ups, and in the middle of casting spells, e.g. echoslam. that would be an advantage for the winning team and ppl might say it's unfair to be able to level up 2-3 skills during pause.
talents relate to skills and passives so perhaps easier to change a value of something that is already exist. leveling skills during pause may lead to other issues, e.g. meepo level up during pause. +1 clone appears during pause would be silly, like expecting a program to start run something while paused.
isn't it better to make disconnected players at any time of ranked game automatically gets lower behaviour score then? how about -1000 per disconnect, e.g. 5 dc and rc within 1 ranked game auto -5000. now players with connection issues can keep playing with others who have connection issue / low behaviour scores!
and honestly ppl level up +2 talents to relieve stress / think it's funny because you just annoyed them for disconnecting. take it easy and perhaps it should be +4 or even +5 attributes per level so attribute talent is not that bad.
@commentator24 Your dumb assumption that its me who disconnected starts to annoy me. 1st dota is not a charity but a commercial project. And as all of commercial games they have to maintain them properly. Not only loot millions for 150$ Drow ranger arcana. But also fix bugs ones a month at least. 2nd I wrote this issue because I got teammates with +2. I feel sorry for you. Wrote some dumb essay that Im ruining games when it others who got ruined games. I dont bother for someone who got connection problems as long as they continue playing. 3rd after 7.31d dota was broken for about 5 days. at that moment 99% couldn't connect to game or got game crushes. Then 1 out of 10 games was with someone who got tallent at lvl1. Not its not that often but happens ones a week. 4rd sooo you calling "ruing your own game because you got hero out of tempo because he got no skills" the punishment for 10 second disconnect in prematch because dota servers are trash. Then I guess you are 99% chance one of those people who stay afk farming or in amulet with cryes "you guys dont deserve to win this game. You got punished for playing not how I want to". I feel sorry for you again at this time for your toxic mentality.
Perhaps you need to clear your mind. you're making a lot of assumptions and going off topics not related to the bug issue. it's not about me, you or your allies. i clearly stated "imagine" you disconnected 4 min and reconnected at the last minute, then explained my reasonings for each situation.
I'm just following your writing style with the word "you". You can't change dc players.. but you are able to ruin his skill build.. etc, so i replied you're ruining other players experience by disconnecting too, which should be a valid point, as the game is already ruined by disconnecting briefly and explained my reasons why the fix how you wanted it is bad.
and I was asking whether you think it's annoying or not to comment "it's not hard to fix, why take so long like it's your privilege?" I'm still not sure whether you think this is annoying or not (and I would love to hear why), but I was simply trying to give you a peace of mind when this won't be fixed anytime soon. what do you think? perhaps you interpreted it differently. but never mind, i dont actually want you to reply "yes, i'm annoying" 😆 or "no, that's not annoying" at all. Hope you'd see it refers to the statement itself and with the words "you" and I was only interested in why. Sorry if it looks like an essay. lets keep things polite since you're starting to get annoyed. And no I dont really see griefing behaviour that often in my games :)
