Inconsistent broadcaster voice playback in DotaTV

Description

The broadcaster voice is missing a lot of the time from DPC games or other tournaments in DotaTV. You can select the broadcaster when the game loads and see them move the camera around but their voice is missing. Other times it works just fine, for example in one of the games in a Bo3 series or a different broadcaster in the same game.

Having this issue with a lot of the English broadcasts during TI group stages. Some of the other language broadcasts will work when selected, so the issue seems to be related to individual broadcasts or accounts in the lobby.

This is what I see and hear (yes, all the wonderful sounds of a PNG) when I watch the English broadcast channel in the currently featured DPC match (7211676630).
