I have grind and reached the Legend bracket but suddenly I am seeing a burst of Riki players in this rank. Literally 3 riki's in the last 7 games suddenly appearing. What's worse is I have lost every single game against him it doesn't matter who I pick the hero is too strong and controls the tempo of the game.

Bounty Hunter is an example of a balanced hero but Riki is far superior because hes fast, he has aoe silence and 2 charges on blink and a disjoint spell and of course every encounter with him costs a lot of money with a very high chance a support will die in the process or he will escape due to his insane blink strike range. He also buys manta and disperser to negate any debuffs. Once he gets nullifier he will basically be unstoppable and delete supports easily and cores.

I think it's the smoke cloud - that ability needs to go, or reduce blink strike charges and so on. I can deal with any Dota draft and if I can't it's always because of a balance issue - and yes often I find the imbalance several months before it finally gets nerfed.
