Something has to happen about smurfing

Description

I do not understand why valve ignores the smurfing problem. Game quality gets decreased significantly, when a guy comes from different mmr and gets on enemy's team and have 20/0 score by the end of a game or if a person comes to smurf account to chill, so they dont have to sweat to win games, they are able to not do proper moves, get correct items, pick good heroes, just because it is not their main mmr and they dont have to worry about winning.

Though you have every right to be upset about matchmaking abuse, creating a precise smurf detection algorithm probably lies within machine learning territory (and as a data science intern I can tell you that these are not easy), while this issue tracker is meant to track either outright bugs or uncontroversial proposals that are relatively easy to implement. Please, keep this tracker clean.
