You said u fixed ddos or whatever but it keeps happening, there is no problem on my end ive seen the same happening to people on enemy team often, what is going on, is nobody working on this game or what?

Though his wording is quite poor and unconstructive, I think this person is referring to the phenomenon where your queue pops, you accept the match, and then can't connect. It happens quite frequently since a couple of weeks.

This results in getting time-banned for a problem that is completely out of your control. Pressing reconnect does nothing.

This happened twice in a row for me tonight, attempting to connect to EU West. Due to the server refusing my connection after accepting the match, I received a 15 minute ban
