Multiple Keyboard cause the hotkey setting inconsistency

Description

I use 1 PC Connection 4 displays

  • 1 HDMI switcher which connect to 2 displays
  • 2 Display port

So I usually switch between those HDMI to switch my Display between the up-stair room and down-stair room This PC will always connect to 1 keyboard and 1 Mouse in the down-stair room where the PC is placed. But whenever I went to the up-stairs room and switched the display there, turned on the display (Which also has a USB hub extension cable link to the display) it powers my keyboard and mouse.

What happens is whenever I play DOTA2 upstairs which mean that my PC connects to 2 keyboards, 2 mouses some setting is changed and wiped out on the Advance Hotkey setting when I toggle bind-key based on keyboard position

When I toggle that option the bonded key on the left side is changed and removed.
