Please make it so that you can easy cancel the watcher's capture, and make his capture the same as denying your own wards, because very often I click on the watcher by accident and this often ruins my games

Yes, you can.
In Dota 2, capturing a Watcher is considered the same as casting a spell, similar to how Warlock’s third skill works. With the default settings, you can cancel these actions by simply moving your hero. However, with the specific setting enabled, you would need to use the designated Stop key instead.
Try disabling "Stop Abilities with a Separate Key" in the settings. This should allow you to cancel the Watcher capture by simply moving, just as you would with other spell casts.
