Cant use ` as a hotkey
Description
there seems to have a bug right now with the ` hotkey. I usually use this as a hotkey for "Select All Other Units" but after some recent patches it's no longer working. I just played recently again after a long time so I'm not sure when this issue began.
When I use a different PC, the ` hotkey opens console even though I did not put it in that hotkey. Maybe it has something to do with this?

Try to unbind this key through console. command: unbind ` If it's doesn't work, you can try to unbind all buttons with command unbindall and after that change your bindings\hotkeys in the game settings and check if it's works.
