Cannot subscribe to DOTA Plus on the Steam Deck

Description

I am unable to subscribe to DOTA Plus on the Steam Deck. When I click the "Subscribe Now" button, it asks me whether I want 1 month, 6 month or 12 month subs. When I select the 1 month option, it brings up the Steam overlay, where it lists what I am about to buy, how much it costs. I have my Steam Wallet selected as payment method, which has more money than 3.79 EUR. When I click the big "Authorize" button on the bottom of the payment form, the Steam overlay just closes and I am back in DOTA. I do not get DOTA Plus activated, there is no error message displayed and money is also not deducated from my Steam Wallet.

The device is a Steam Deck, running completely vanilla SteamOS with no modifications.

I had the same issue via buying Dota items on Steam Deck. This is a bug when click "Authorize". I can only buy items via PC (not Steam Deck).
