Clockwerk aghs overclocking with refresher

Using refresher on clockwerk while overclocking is active will refresh the ability, but activating it again does not refresh any abilities. It does refresh the duration of the overclocking buff.

You have to wait for entire overclocking buff (and self-stun) to run out in order for it to refresh abilities again, but you should be able to use it while it's already active to refresh abilities again if you have a refresher.

Clockwerk has a different aghs effect now so this shouldn't be an issue anymore.
